Orders generally ship within 5 days of purchase. Delivery timeframes can vary, dependant on the destination.

We cannot be responsible for packages lost in the mail. You will need to open a case with the shipping company. We are not responsible for any import duties incurred by the customer or any taxes charged at International destinations.

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 7 business days and international order can usually take up to 15 business days. All orders will include a tracking number which will be sent to your email as soon as your order is sent off.

 

We reserve the right to change the terms of our shipping policy at anytime, without prior warning.

We allow returns within 30 days of purchase if item is faulty. In the unlikely event that your bag is damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will respond to you as soon as possible with instructions on how the refund process. The process should be simple and easy. Photo proof will need to be provided before sending the item back.

We will cover the shipping cost if item is approved damaged. Refunds will be processed via your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Please understand that in this case we have no physical control over damage made to the bags. We do our very best to ensure each bag is individually checked before packing and sending off to the consumer.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your nappy bag please complete the contact form outlining your concerns in full. We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

 

Damaged or Faulty Products

Each product is carefully inspected before it leaves our head office. However, if you receive a product that is deemed damaged or faulty we will exchange it or provide you with a refund.

 

Damaged or Faulty Product Process:

  • Complete the contact form on our website. Please ensure you complete the form in full and provide details of the damage or fault (including images). This will enable us to assess your request without delay
  • We will then contact you.
  • We will send out a prepaid satchel for you to return your purchase.
  • We will inspect your product upon receipt and if the product is deemed faulty we will provide you with an exchange or full refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we believe your product is damaged due to misuse, including non-compliance with care instructions.
  • Assessing products and processing refunds is at our sole discretion.

 

Warranty

Warranty
Bebe Bags have a 5 month warranty on all of the products. This does not include damage caused by overuse or over packing. Our bags are a luxury item made using high quality material and should be well taken care.
